Sales activities are coordinated from the head office in Capelle aan den IJssel, in close cooperation with the local sales representatives in 20 European countries. Working together with their accounts to maximize results and satisfaction, Sales reps are the connectors between customers and our Label Managers.

Our Label Managers each have several labels or catalogues under their care. They are the first point of contact for record labels and will make sure that all product information is available in the B2B system correctly and on time, helped by our invaluable Data-Entry colleagues! In addition, they are an important link between record labels and our Sales teams.

The Customer Care department handles all customer-related questions regarding orders, shipments, invoices, etc. Their goal is to keep customer satisfaction at a top level and to make sure that the Sales dept. can dedicate their time and focus to their core Sales job. Customer Care takes care of things!

Our colleagues at the Warehouse process thousands of products every day in the central Bertus warehouse. By working efficiently and accurately, they are an crucial link between our suppliers and our customers.

The Strategy department advises and monitors new and existing commercial and strategic processes. Within this department, a large amount of data is processed and analyzed to provide Management tools for making strategic decisions.

The logistics department is responsible for the transport from the central warehouse in Capelle aan den IJssel to the customer's location, anywhere in the world.

The HR department is responsible for all personnel-related matters. When there are job openings, the HR Team will find the right people for the job!

Our experts in the Helpdesk and IT department ensure that all colleagues (in the office and working from home) are equipped with up-to-date software on a daily basis. In addition, they adequately solve all IT issues that may occur!

Our In-house Promotion Team knows how to use the right resources and channels for the Marketing and Promotion activities. In areas where we do not have our own Promo team on location, we work with permanent partners and their extensive local network.

In 2007, V2 Benelux became an independent part of the Bertus family. Our colleagues at V2 operate partly from Hilversum, but also spend part of the time in the Bertus offices.

Our own labels Music On Vinyl and Music On CD have also found their musical home in the Bertus HQ! this makes navigating between the creative and commercial departments as easy as possible!

In addition to the complete bookkeeping duties, the Finance department provides all reports to record companies, labels and managements for Royalties, Copyrights and other statements.
